English Dictionary, Communication?

I am poor in speaking English, But i am good vocabulary. Even i don’t know how to use them. Some times, i feel , i am not able to use very normal words that obviously we use in society.I have good books. But, I plane to spend more time to work on that in free office times.

Sorry, I am telling big story. Exactly, what i need is any online free forum or dictionary will give more explanation and different situations using word.

    Search Google for online dictionaries. Buy yourself some good English Dictionaries such as the Chambers Concise Dictionary.

    Reading different books in different areas will help you find out how to use the vocabulary in the right place

    Moreover, watching English talk shows or new or even movie is helpful to improve your English as well as listening to an English radio channel
