    Have you tried Babelfish?
What exactly do you need it for?
You should be able to do it in a 2 step process:
    1. English to Japanese at Babelfish
    2. Japanese to romaji at
Be careful though, as the online translators are notoriously imperfect. You are probably aware of that already.

All you need to do is search for the English word… It will come up with Kanji and Romaji.

The thing is the thing you need IS a dictionary and grammer book if you need an accurate translation.

Online translators will ALWAYS translate jibberish.

English can be translated to romanji in at least a couple different ways. For example, some romaji systems use “ee” and “oo” and others use (the more accurate) “ei” and “ou”.

Rather than rely on romanji translators, I’d recommend just learning all the hiragana and kana (or at least all the hiragana).

It’s not as hard as it looks at all. You can learn them in a few days to a week. Maybe even a day if you worked hard.
