    The best that you are going to get for free online are google and freetranslation.com. Websites only translate word for word so it won’t always be correct.

    There aren’t any, because translation is more of an art than a science. People say things in different ways depending on the language, so a real translation program would be very complex, needing a database not only of words but also of phrases, slang, abbreviations, references to cultural history, etc - and it would *still* be imperfect because languages are always evolving.

    The online “translators” are worse than useless!
